LexLiMD COMPENSATION PLAN              ©LexliMD11/2006-8

The LexliMD compensation plan is based on commissions and bonuses generated by the sale of Lexli Skin Care and Wellness products to customers.

There are 5 (five) independent income streams that Associates may be eligible for to be paid commissions and bonuses.

These are:

1. Sales to Retail Customers.

2. Direct commissions from sales to Registered or Wholesale Customers.

3. Commissions generated from a Level Pay Plan.

4. Commissions from Pools based on Total Company Sales.

5. Binary Pay Plan.

Associates (Commissions Paid)

An Associate is a person who wishes to be a registered distributor of Lexli products and earn commissions from the sale of these products. There is no application or sign-up fee for becoming a LexliMD Associate.

After completing an application form and agreeing to the Policies of LexliMD the distributor is designated as a Free Associate. Associates are able to signup registered customers and associates, resell and distribute LexLi products, and earn commissions based on the LexLiMD compensation plan. A free associate can earn commissions from all the various LexLiMD Compensation Plan income streams except the Binary Pay Plan. Also, the commissions are paid to them at 50% of calculated compensation. Free Associates can purchase products for self use at a 10% discount.

If they so desire Free Associates can buy an upgrade Business Product Pack for $520 and become a full Associate. This can be done at the time of initial signup or later. The Business Product Pack contains approximately $600 worth of Lexli products. Associates can also purchase products for self use at a 25% discount.

Customers (Not eligible for any commissions)

Basis Value (BV):   The value given to each product on which commissions are paid. This BV remains the same no mater what currency the product is priced with. Approximately 1 BV = $1.35

COMPENSATION PLAN:

All commissions are paid monthly

1. Retail Sales:

Associates may buy Lexli products at 10-25% off of retail and sell directly to their customers at retail thus keeping the retail sales profit.

2. Direct Commissions:

  • A bonus of $100 is paid to the sponsoring Associate on every product Business Pack that is sold to an Associate.
  • A 10% commission is paid to the sponsoring Associate for product purchases made by their Wholesale Customers.
  • Commissions paid on product sales to Registered Customers are based on the total BV sold to an Associate's Registered Customers during the month.
    • 40% on the first 150BV sold to registered customers
    • 50% on any BV greater than 150.

3. Level Commissions

A portion of the BV from any product purchases made by Associates and their Registered and/or Wholesale Customers is paid up-line through the Level compensation plan.

  • 40% of the BV of product sales made to Registered Customers is applied to the Referring Associate's account to be paid up-line through the Level compensation plan.
  • 50BV per $500 product sold to Wholesale Customers is paid up-line.
  • BV generated by any Associate personal purchases is paid up-line.
  • The number of levels each Associate is paid depends on his/her qualifying rank.
  • Compression preserves payment at all levels.
  • To qualify for Level commissions an Associate needs to have a minimum of 100BV in Registered Customer and/or Wholesale Customer (RC/WC) sales during the month.

4. Leadership Bonus Pools:

A percentage of the total company BV going up-line is kept aside every month and divided between the various Associate leaders according to rank and qualifications as indicated below:

Monthly Pools:

Sales Leader :  6% of total company BV going up-line is divided equally between all the Sales Leaders companywide.

Silver :  10% of total company BV going up-line is divided between all the companywide Silver level Associates, as per the requirements outlined below.

Gold :  9% of total company BV going up-line is divided between all the companywide Gold level Associates, as per the requirements outlined below.

Platinum :  6% of total company BV going up-line is divided equally between all the Platinum level Associates companywide.

Annual Pool:

At the end of each fiscal year 5% of company BV going up-line is divided between the Platinum, Gold and Silver Associates as a further bonus, at the company's discretion.

5. Binary Compensation:

Pack Sale Points (PSP's)

PSP's are generated by the sale of product Business packs within an Associate's organization.

The number of PSP's earned by an Associate for each product Business pack sold depends on the total BV of product sales by that Associate's Registered Customers and/or Wholesale Customer during the month.

Registered Customer plus Wholesale Customer Sales (RC/WC) – depending on the volume of your RC/WC sales you can earn more PSP's for each Business Pack that is sold.

    • 100BV in RC/WC Sales – 1 PSP per Business Pack sold in your organization.
    • 150BV+ in RC/WC Sales – 3 PSP's per Business Pack sold in your organization.

LexLiMD's Binary Compensation Plan will pay out $6o bonus checks when an Associate has a total of 6 Pack Sales Points (PSP's) with the ratio of 3:3 (or 4:2 Power Leg:Weak Leg) from the first and second legs.

The amount of the checks is increased to $100 per check for Associates that achieve the Platinum Level.

Binary Qualification Requirements:

    • Associate must have 50BV Personal Sales Volume (PV).
    • Associate must have a minimum of 100BV in RC/WC.

If during the month an Associate does not meet either of the binary requirements all saved PSP's in his/her account are forfeited. And, no Binary Commissions are paid to the Associate that month.

If during the month an Associate only meets one of the binary requirements, any PSP's previously earned are retained and carried forward to the next month. However, no new PSP's are earned and no Binary Commissions are paid to the Associate that month.

The Binary payout is capped at the following levels:

Dist - $10000 max/month

SL - $15000 max/month

Silver - $25000 max/month

Gold - $50000 max/month

Platinum - $100000 max/month.

Coupons:

Coupons give the Associates the ability to buy some of the popular Lexli products for only $10 each. No commissions are paid on coupon purchases.

  • Associates have the opportunity to earn up to three coupons per month.
    • One is earned by personally ordering 50BV or more via AutoShip
    • A Second can be earned by having a gross business volume of 150BV or more in the Associate's organization.
    • A Third can be earned by having a minimum of 100BV in each of the Associate's two legs of the organization.
  • Coupons can be redeemed in any order.
  • Each coupon is valid for three months and then expires.
  • The products qualifying for coupon purchase are listed on the website.
  • Some products may require more than one coupon to purchase.
